Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for designated positions, from candidate sourcing to final placement.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the specific requirements for each open position.
- Identify and attract highly qualified candidates for various behavioral health roles, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each role.
- Employ a range of sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to cultivate a rich talent pipeline.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews, presenting hiring managers with the most suitable candidates.
- Maintain accurate and current records using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process that prioritizes a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with professionals in the behavioral health field and stay informed about emerging industry trends.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically within the behavioral health domain, including familiarity with mental health professionals.
- Proficient knowledge of sourcing methodologies and hands-on experience with job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Experience with iCiMS or comparable applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated while also contributing positively to team dynamics.
