About The Opportunity

We seek an entrepreneur eager to explore new ways to streamline and enhance the due diligence and deal-making process in M&A, leveraging the latest LLM enhancements. This role will allow you to identify opportunities to reduce the manual effort, busy work, and subjectivity often involved in preparing deal memos and conducting due diligence. With the freedom to shape the solution, you'll explore how emerging technologies can improve efficiencies, speed up decision-making, and reduce costs. Whether it's improving research, analysis, or other aspects of the process, you'll have the opportunity to transform the M&A space, shaping a faster, more effective deal-making environment.

Instead of focusing on elaborate systems, start selling right away—get out there, make calls, and close deals. Sales aptitude is essential for getting your business off the ground.
  • Ambiguity Tolerance: Embracing ambiguity is vital for startup founders. High ambiguity tolerance means being comfortable with uncertainty and staying adaptable. It's about moving forward confidently even when the path isn't clear, which is essential in the unpredictable world of startups.
  • Venture-Backed & Tech Domain Knowledge: Experience in venture-backed startups and tech, including AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), is a significant advantage. It helps founders navigate the funding process, pitch to investors, and make smart technology choices, particularly in leveraging AI to enhance their products and services.
