We are seeking a talented, passionate and performance-driven Sr. Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. You will help bring the brand to life through copy, experiences, products, with a specific emphasis of driving high performing ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and UI/UX copy within our application. You will be a guardian of Noom’s tone of voice, ensuring it resonates with our audience while driving engagement and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Product messaging & storytelling: Refine Noom’s product messaging, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms.
• Copy Development: Write and oversee the creation of ad copy, email campaigns, UI/UX, and long form copy that captivates our audience. Infuse personality and wit where appropriate.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize copy for performance, leveraging insights to continually refine messaging strategies for maximum impact.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all copy is polished, free of errors, and aligns with brand guidelines. Maintain a high standard of quality across all written materials.
• Uplevel Noom’s voice: Audit and refine Noom’s tone of voice and how we show up across channels.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on digital marketing and brand development.
• Proven track record of crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy that drives results, with a specific emphasis on ad copy and email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create user-friendly copy for digital platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of humor and the ability to weave personality into brand messaging.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• A portfolio showcasing your copywriting prowess across various formats and channels.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $163,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
