About The Role
As a key member of our Product Team, you will serve as a senior individual contributor overseeing various operational activities. Your responsibilities will include managing release planning cadences, strategic project oversight, and facilitating communication between the Product team and key stakeholders across the organization. This role will function similarly to a Chief of Staff position, supporting the Chief Product Officer.

What You'll Do
Collaborate with teams and cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of key Product team projects.
Develop and lead a streamlined release planning process for all products.
Represent the needs of internal stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard in the product development process.
Assist Product Managers in translating product vision into actionable initiatives with clear delivery timelines.
Manage go-to-market delivery for releases, coordinating with internal Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Training teams.
Enhance the Product Management practice through process documentation, collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
We'd Like to See
6+ years of experience in B2B software project management.
Strong skills in balancing diplomacy and leadership.
Proven ability to create planning and tracking templates to guide operational cadences.
Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to extract actionable insights from data.
A track record of contributing to high-performing teams.

Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 Annually (USD)
Annual Bonus: 15%
