So bring your work experience, problem-solving skills and talent, of course, but also bring your joy, your passion and all the things that make you, you

We are looking for a Change Manager to help “engineer” the people-side of changes introduced by some of Go-To-Market Operations’s most complex and critical initiatives. You will join a dynamic, creative, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial team within GTM Operations that leads sophisticated, cross-functional efforts to position the company for continued high growth

Role:

  • Manage change within our portfolio to support large scale business transformation initiatives.

  • Craft and implement change plans (process, tools and techniques) to drive the people-side of transformational programs

  • Work closely with our internal partners, including enablement, corporate communications and program teams to deliver programs to the field.

  • Support leadership alignment by plugging into a system to inform, educate and engage leaders on transformational programs

  • Establish post launch programs with incentives that promote, reinforce, and sustain change over time

  • Find ways to overcome organizational inertia, individual resistance to change, or change saturation

  • Define adoption success metrics for the change before the program starts and measure against that post program execution

  • Passionate about helping people thrive, not survive, while navigating a portfolio of deep change to organizations, business processes, systems and technologies in a fast paced SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver and manage programs to the field (plans, processes, tools, techniques, etc.) that foster organizational effectiveness

  • Apply a structured change management methodology to ensure global adoption of new processes, experiences, and tools by Splunkers and our partner ecosystem

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of programs through the development and delivery of change strategies, assessments, plans, assets, and results

  • Collaborate and partner with the broader enablement and communications groups for the execution of plans and creation of deliverables globally, and at scale

  • Enable partner engagement plans, including handling feedback loops to identify gaps and introduce plans to address and mitigate issues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience and understanding of applying change management methodologies, processes, and tools to build and implement change plans to drive employee adoption. Ideally holds a PROSCI or similar certification.

  • Excellent written communications and presentation development; able to build copy for a variety of vehicles and audiences including individual contributors and executives.

  • Good problem solving, conflict resolution, and influencing skills

  • Ability to measure adoption to report on change management progress, future planning, and success.

  • Ability to work with cross functional partners like enablement and corporate communications teams

  • Project and Program management experience

  • A critical thinker who can be a great teammate and collaborative

  • Experience with Salesforce and in-app guidance/help tools is an asset.
