Job Title
Director, AI Revenue Operations

Job Description

Additionally, you’ll play a major role in the development and ongoing iterations of our internal education and communication around AI to our sales and marketing teams

As the ideal candidate, you see challenges as opportunities to do something no one has done before. You thrive in ambiguity but are equally obsessed with creating structure, process, and clarity to help remove it for others

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies around AI-focused RFPs and proactive campaigns to improve response times, client satisfaction, and overall effectiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our sales, marketing, and technology departments, as well as external vendors, to help execute on AI-powered opportunities that align with our client’s strategic objectives

  • Design and manage projects that leverage our AI capabilities to create deeper and mutually beneficial partnerships with new and existing clients

  • Monitor and report on the performance of AI initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in AI and media to ensure we maintain our competitive edge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related fields

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, particularly in the media industry

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a strong understanding of their application in a business context

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and departments

  • Creative thinker with a proven track record of leveraging technology to drive business outcomes
