We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join Native Instruments' People & Places Team in Boston to provide support for our remote first employees (onsite/offsite). The person in this role will be responsible to ensure accurate and efficient people practices across all People Team functions and will be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.





What You'll Do


People Operations



  • Drive all operational processes related to people, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, leave management, etc

  • Proactively identify and address process inefficiencies to enhance the employee experience

  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams on employment matters and processes

  • Lead and support external audits as required


Employee Engagement



  • Provide confidential support and advice to employees regarding People Operations policies, programs, and practices

  • Foster strong relationships with leaders and team members to support cultural and organizational needs

  • Co-create people-focused initiatives to align with organizational goals and values.

  • Based on employee engagement survey results, create an action plan specific to the engagement priorities of employees based in the US.

  • Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion as fundamental principles in all HR practices


Business Partnering



  • Work closely with leaders to understand strategic direction and develop HR initiatives that drive business results

  • Partner with managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development goals

  • Champion company values to guide decision-making and drive effective change management


Learning & Development (L&D)



  • Collaborate with L&D to build career paths, identify learning trends, and define succession plans

  • Support global HR activities related to onboarding, development, leadership coaching, and engagement programs


What You'll Need



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred), SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred

  • Progressive HR experience, with a focus on people operations, recruiting, employee engagement, and L&D

  • In-depth knowledge of US labor/employment laws and regulations

  • Effective communication skills to articulate needs constructively and provide support to coworkers, while also communicating clearly and empathetically in a global environment across multiple cultures, both face-to-face and in writing

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving results

  • Motivation to work as a part of a global team as well as independently, demonstrating the ability to balance the needs of our people and the needs of the business

  • Significant previous business partnership experience with a proven ability to build, drive, and transform people programs

  • Skills in coaching both new and experienced managers, along with their teams, to build their skill sets over time

  • Proven effectiveness as a sparring partner who can also coach executive-level leadership
