The Role
The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We're looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementations for our growing client base. As Traild expands into new international markets, particularly in North America where we're seeing strong demand from enterprise level customers and we need someone who can independently own end-to-end implementations, manage multiple senior stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of implementations from scoping through to go-live, working closely with our Product and Engineering teams along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise SaaS implementations ($100K+ ACV) across multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations
- Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to successful adoption, ensuring customers achieve measurable value
- Confidently engage and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting throughout implementation and beyond
- Partner with Product and Engineering to feed client insights back into the product roadmap and resolve technical challenges
- Drive momentum in complex or ambiguous customer environments, keeping implementations on track without needing to escalate
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading Mid Market SaaS implementations, ideally at $100K+ ACV with multiple stakeholder environments
- Strong project management skills owning scoping, timelines, risk management and driving outcomes independently
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
- Solid technical aptitude that is comfortable working across integrations, workflows, and directly with Engineering and Product teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- A hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus
The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is:
U.S. Candidates: $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year
Canadian Candidates: $100,000 - $110,000 CAD per year
Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location. The final offer may vary within the stated range to reflect the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions in their area.
