We’re looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join us here at Lincs Interiors.
The right candidate will collaborate with the wider team to financially manage projects from estimating right through to project completion. A knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Estimating would be a big plus but this is not required as full training would be given with the chance for career progression within the wider business.
The Trainee Will Work With The Team To
- Produce accurate quotations for tenders.
- Offer cost saving options to clients.
- Carry out measures of tender and secured projects.
- Procure and order plant and materials.
- Produce monthly cost reports.
- Carry out subcontractor payments.
- Produce monthly valuations for projects.
- Price changes on live projects.
- Compile final accounts on projects.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ideally educated to A-level with Excellent IT skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Passionate and motivated to start a career in Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
- Knowledge or experience of Drylining, Drywall or Plastering.
- Strong numerical skills.
