Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Merchandiser to drive growth across Marni North America. This role combines analytical expertise with merchandising acumen to elevate our full-price business, helping shape assortment strategy and manage product lifecycles while achieving division financial targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive weekly sales analysis and performance tracking
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Manage assortment planning tools
- Drive data-driven decisions for business optimization
- Support full-cycle buying process from concept to execution
- Maintain detailed assortment documentation
- Process markdown strategies and reorder recommendations
- Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams
- Partner with Retail teams on store-specific strategies
- Support Global Merchandising initiatives
- Participate actively during market campaigns
- Process and track shipments/orders following up on deliveries to stores
- Support development of buying strategies
- Assist with line planning and assortment building
- Prefer 2+ years in Retail Buying or Merchandising
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Hybrid role - NYC office presence 4 days weekly
- RTW category experience

Salary Range: $69-$73k
