The Role
• Provides in-depth support and leads problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications.
• Applies specific functional and general industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of moderate scope and complexity problems.
• Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
• Supports secure environments, particularly those related to government defense sectors.
• Delivers Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems.
What You'll Need
• 4+ years of experience supporting secure environments, such as those in the DoD.
• 4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting.
• Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with cloud services.
• Experience with basic administration of VTC or VoIP systems.
• Experience updating and managing antivirus and anti-malware products.
• Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
