About The Role
Are you highly organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly?
We're looking for a Planner to join our dynamic WPS team in Winchester. You'll play a key role in planning and coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain, helping us deliver an excellent service every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency
Producing performance reports to track progress
Managing work-in-progress to stay on target
Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
Supporting supervisors and site teams with scheduling
Identifying improvements and suggesting solutions
Handling customer queries professionally
Ensuring plans meet health & safety standards
What You'll Bring
Strong Excel and IT skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritise and manage your workload
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
Experience in reporting and diary management
A clean driving licence is advantageous
