Position Overview
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and chat support. - Build positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and empathetic in all customer interactions.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other customer support software.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
