Who are we looking for?
GHD is looking for Support Staff to join our facilities team in Waterloo, Ontario. This role is offered as a 12‑month temporary contract.

Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Receive and set up catering; prepare and clean meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, vending items, and kitchen essentials, and reorder as needed
- Liaise with vendors on a regular basis
- Review feedback forms and follow up on action items when required
- Clean and refill coffee machines
- Clean kitchens, eating areas, boardrooms, and meeting spaces; restock supplies
- Wash, fold, and store gym towels
- Restock vending machines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Minimum one year of experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a commercial building
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Friendly and patient attitude
