Company: custom t-shirt & apparel printing (US e-commerce)

Need: 1 dedicated full-time CS agent (will add 2 more if it works)

Channels: email + live chat + inbound phone

Helpdesk tool: Zendesk

Hours: US ET business hours, ~[9am–6pm ET]

Must-haves: strong written English, prior e-commerce CS,

order/returns/print-issue handling

Stable internet connection and backup power is a Must.
