In This Role, You Will
- Configure, deploy, and support business-class technology solutions both onsite and remotely
- Respond to client requests by identifying issues, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering timely resolutions
- Collaborate with your teammates to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Provide recommendations and guidance to improve client environments and user experience
- Assist with the design and delivery of IT projects
- Maintain clear, accurate, and concise documentation for all work performed

- Microsoft Windows desktops and servers
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange environments
- Remote Desktop Services
- Firewalls and network infrastructure
- Cloud services
- Mobile devices
