Position: Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$70/hour

Location: US, UK, or Canada

Duration: Through mid 2026

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to the occupation of Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant.
  • Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of questions to ensure alignment with professional standards.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance the quality and applicability of training data.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and project goals.
  • Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not accepted).

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience in Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant roles.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor
