Position: Paralegals and Legal Assistants

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Through mid 2026

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to your occupation as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated legal content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
