Position: Social and Community Service Manager

Type: Contract

Compensation: $75–$125/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Through mid 2026

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to the occupation of Social and Community Service Manager.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve question relevance and accuracy.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure questions align with professional standards and methodologies.
  • Provide feedback to enhance training data quality and model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience in Social and Community Service Management.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).
