Position: Medical Records Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Through mid 2026

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to medical records using professional experience.
  • Evaluate AI model training, focusing on medical records accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Medical Records Specialist.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor
  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
