Key Responsibilities
- Uploads invoices into accounts payable system.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices.
- Researches and resolves invoice issues, escalating complex issues to team lead.
- Communicates with various individuals from branches and the finance area.
- High School diploma and 3 years related experience required.
- Minimum: Bilingual (English, Spanish speaking/writing).
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
