Role summary:

We're looking for a talented and passionate Campaign Associate/Talent Scout to join our global team. Not only are you joining a fantastic international company highly respected in the influencer industry, but you'll also be part of our ever-expanding team of marketing professionals and enthusiasts.

You will (Responsibilities):

• Search and place a pool of social media influencers to work with brands.
• Support the Campaign Manager and Brands.
• Stay up to date with new trends in social media.
• Keep track of communication with the talent.
• Match suitable talent with specific brand campaigns.
  
  
  

Requirements (About You):

• 3+ years of talent scouting and strong digital marketing knowledge. Preferably within influencer marketing space.
• Excellent English skills (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Experience working with English-speaking markets
• Familiar with TikTok International Influencers and trends, and other social media platforms.
• Able to work within the US timezone.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and detailed-oriented environment.
• Native/Fluent in French speaking is MUST.
