Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada
Location: Eastern Canada | Travel Required | Full-Time
About the Role
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving results and developing high-performing teams? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Eastern Canada region. In this role, you’ll not only achieve or exceed regional sales targets but also coach and inspire a team of Account Executives to deliver exceptional results and grow into future sales leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Motivate: Provide direction, guidance, and support to Account Executives and sales support staff, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Coach for Excellence: Work in the field with your team, offering hands-on coaching in territory planning, strategic selling, and key account management.
- Drive Results: Develop and execute regional business plans, submit accurate forecasts, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Launch and Innovate: Partner with marketing to plan product launches and ensure sales tools and demo sets are maintained in top condition.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with key accounts, KOLs, and GPOs while representing the company at conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
- Develop Talent: Conduct performance evaluations, support career development, and provide training for new team members.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and safety practices across all activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Science, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of sales or sales management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, instrumentation, and procedures
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel and attend events, including some evenings and weekends
