Role
A Program Coordinator manages and supports various educational assistance programs by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role works closely with different teams to help achieve organizational goals, especially in areas like scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs. The coordinator streamlines processes, manages communications, and creates efficiencies to enhance the client experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
This role is a remote position that utilizes computer-based tools such as email, messaging, VoIP phone, chat, and video-conferencing apps.
Much of the typical workday is computer-based. A fast, reliable internet connection is required for remote work.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. Hours may be flexible and vary as needed. Short duration trips several times per year may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Task Management:
- Plan, track, and prioritize tasks to meet client and internal deadlines.
- Organize and manage program cycles, adapting as needed to changes.
- Submit finance and IT reports based on client requirements.
- Planning and Implementation:
- Collaborate with leaders and partners to improve services.
- Participate in program design and gather business requirements.
- Manage project plans and use data reports to enhance results.
- Client Experience:
- Maintain client satisfaction by identifying and resolving issues.
- Recommend products or services based on client goals.
- Evaluate feedback and analyze client contracts regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years' experience working in a client services environment
- Three (3) years’ experience working in Higher Education related industry preferred
- Work independently, multitask effectively
- Close attention to detail and ability to plan ahead
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency with Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
