We are seeking a Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to join our Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be the strategic lead for new customer acquisition in the North American market. You will act as the regional owner of the new customer journey, connecting awareness, consideration, and conversion activities into cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable growth. You’ll shape the what and the why of campaigns, working with channel specialists and agencies who will deliver the how. This role requires a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring every campaign is built on a deep understanding of our audiences and their motivations.
This is a remote role for individuals located in the Toronto or wider Ontario area, allowing for effective collaboration with teams based in the UK and Toronto.

- Lead regional new customer acquisition strategy, setting vision and priorities for campaigns and partnerships
- Develop and deliver top-down regional acquisition plans that connect awareness, consideration, and conversion into cohesive campaigns
- Own and manage regional campaign and acquisition marketing calendars
- Track and report performance against new customer acquisition targets
- Identify and develop commercially strategic partnerships that drive high-value customer acquisition and strengthen market presence
- Develop strategic briefs that inspire high-performing channel execution
- Provide clear recommendations on budget shifts and channel mix based on performance analysis
- Lead all aspects of budget allocation and scenario planning to maximise return on investment
- Manage agency relationships at a strategic level, driving accountability and performance
- Ensure regional alignment with global strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with Media, PR, Web, CRM, and Search teams to integrate channel activity into unified, results-driven campaigns
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy and optimise performance
- Manage the Campaigns & Partnerships Senior Executive, providing direction, development, and support to ensure effective campaign execution
- Established expertise in marketing, with a focus on acquisition and campaign leadership
- Proven success in driving customer growth through strategic, cross-channel campaigns
- Skilled in partnership marketing and managing agencies at a strategic level
- Experienced in owning commercial targets and delivering acquisition results
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategy
- Strong influencing skills to align cross-functional and agency teams to a shared vision
- Customer-first mentality, using audience insights to shape strategy and execution
- Exceptional brief-writing and communication skills to influence and inspire agency partners
- A creative yet analytical approach, combining innovative campaign thinking with disciplined performance focus
