At TractionAg, we’re on a mission to help farmers gain traction — simplifying the business of farming through intuitive, cloud-based software. We bring together farm financials and operations, empowering farmers to make informed decisions with confidence.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator who can turn farm-level insights into compelling stories, videos, and digital content that drives awareness, engagement, and trial signups. This role blends storytelling, education, and SEO-driven strategy to fuel our organic growth engine. You’ll create content that helps farmers understand why good farm financial management matters and how our tools make it simple.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation and Curation

  • Develop and execute an organic content calendar aligned with SEO goals, product releases, and seasonal farm cycles.
  • Write and produce content across blog posts, short videos, social media, email, and partner features.
  • Interview farmers, accountants, and ag advisors to tell authentic customer stories that drive trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to ensure content supports trial signups, customer retention, and referral goals.
  • Optimize content for search and shareability using keyword research, analytics, and continuous testing.
  • Manage social channels and online communities, including engaging directly with farmers and ag influencers to encourage organic word-of-mouth.
  • Repurpose existing assets (webinars, support materials, internal expertise) into high-impact educational or storytelling content.

You’ll be great at this if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in content creation, journalism, or marketing (preferably Saas, agtech, or B2B tech).
  • Understand how to drive organic growth and community engagement with a limited paid budget.
  • Are a strong writer and visual storyteller who is comfortable behind the camera, microphone, or editing screen.
  • Know the difference between vanity metrics and meaningful engagement (clicks that turn into trials).
  • Thrive on autonomy and can translate big ideas into consistent execution.
  • Appreciate agriculture and can speak the language of farmers and ag professionals.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Mission-driven work that directly supports farmers and rural communities.
  • A nimble, passionate team where your ideas have real impact.
  • Competitive salary, remote flexibility, and meaningful work-life balance.
  • A company culture rooted in our values:
    • Put the Farmer First
    • Gain Traction as a Team
    • Think Outside the Silo
    • Take the Right Next Step
    • Choose Joy
