Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven marketing professional to join our dynamic team and drive strategic digital marketing initiatives that expand our reach and optimize performance. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while leveraging analytics to continuously improve results. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in digital advertising platforms with strong analytical capabilities to create, execute, and refine marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence through targeted campaigns and compelling web content that engages our audience and drives conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Google Maps advertising to drive qualified traffic and leads
  • Design and execute affiliate marketing programs across provider directory websites and health-related publications to expand brand visibility
  • Create and update website content using content management systems to ensure accurate and engaging display pages
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and reduce cost per acquisition
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign management
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with analytics tools for performance measurement and optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign optimization and performance improvement
  • Experience working with content management systems in a professional capacity
