Job Summary:
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive leadership. As Executive Assistant, you will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to drive organizational priorities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, while engaging with respected customers and partners in the AI industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide proactive calendar, travel, and inbox management for the CEO, ensuring priorities are met and time is maximized.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners—always representing the office with top-notch written and verbal communication.
- Coordinate and support special projects, cross-team initiatives, and high-stakes meetings.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure seamless stakeholder communication, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Help foster a dynamic, collaborative remote culture as the company scales at lightning speed.
- Gather, prepare, and present data or reports to support executive decision-making.

- Experience providing support on projects, events, and initiatives in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a positive, adaptable attitude.
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or cutting-edge AI company.
- Experience supporting multiple C-level leaders simultaneously.
- Familiarity working with global teams and across time zones.
