We are now expanding our U.S. IT presence and seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team.

Job description:

As the U.S. based IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary IT point of contact for our U.S. employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations and excellent user experience. You will collaborate closely with the global IT team in Israel, supporting both local and remote employees.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees across the U.S. via remote tools and in-person when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently.
  • Manage IT help desk tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops and peripherals), ensuring all setups meet company security and performance standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including user setup, device provisioning, and access management.
  • Support enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Coordinate with the Israel-based IT team on infrastructure projects, system updates, and policy rollouts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, assets, and configurations.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT security standards and policies.
  • Support IT procurement processes, including researching, purchasing, and tracking equipment and software licenses.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with device management (Intune/ABM, Jamf, or Kandji), network troubleshooting, and SSO support.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity and security tools (Microsoft Entra ID, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ticketing and remote management systems.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices, including identity management, access control, and data protection.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively in a distributed work environment.
