Position: Customer Service Representative

Type: Contractor

Compensation: $45–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to your occupation as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure question quality aligns with AI research objectives.
  • Collaborate with AI teams to refine question sets and improve outcomes.
  • Utilize your professional experience to enhance project deliverables.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

  • At-will contractor to Mercor.
  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
  • Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
