As the Product Manager for Financial Velocity Team, you will be the definitive owner of the critical infrastructure that connects a new user to their invested capital. This is an unparalleled E2E challenge that touches every single part of our business.

What You'll Be Accountable For (The E2E Challenge)

This role requires a unique balance of user empathy and systemic thinking. You will sit at the intersection of customer needs, banking partners, and internal regulatory requirements.

• Pioneer the Strategy: Define the strategy and roadmap for our core account funding, identifying high-leverage opportunities to drastically reduce "time to usable capital"
• Decipher & Deliver: Translate complex regulatory, treasury, and banking requirements into definitive user stories and system specifications that Engineering can execute flawlessly.
• The Cross-Functional LTV: Serve as the connective tissue between multiple departments - Engineering, Operations, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance, to optimize complex, multi-day internal processes into seamless, near-instant front-end user experiences.
• Instrument the Flow: Instrument the entire capital movement pipeline, utilizing data to identify and prioritize systemic bottlenecks (technical, operational, and regulatory) that impede user velocity.
• Drive Compliance by Design: Work proactively with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure that scaling speed is never at the expense of security or adherence to AML/KYC standards.
  
  
  

What Success Looks Like In Your First Year

• You have measurably reduced the average time-to-funded-account, and increased account open to funded conversion by a double-digit percentage, directly impacting QFG's top-line revenue metrics.
• You have successfully driven a major enhancement to a core financial service (e.g., a new instant funding method or a major flow simplification) from ideation through scalable launch.
• You can fluently articulate the tradeoffs between user experience (speed) and regulatory safety (risk) and guide the team in making informed, data-backed decisions.

• Systemic Problem Solver: Proven experience managing products that integrate with complex back-end systems, APIs, or legacy infrastructure, where success depends on more than just the front-end UI.
• Data Muscle: Hands-on proficiency with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker. You can query and analyze data to find the root cause of systemic friction, not just report on post-launch metrics.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: A track record of aligning diverse, high-stakes stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Operations, Engineering) on a single goal.

• FinTech or Financial Acumen: Understanding of core financial mechanisms, such as banking transfers, payment systems, or brokerage operations.
• You have a history of breaking down organizational silos to achieve a better customer outcome.
