Position Details

Position: Graphic Designer

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Remote in Alberta, Canada

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hrs per day

As a Graphic Designer at Saving Sidekick, your role would entail, but is not limited to the following responsibilities...

  • Creative Strategy & Ad Development: Collaborate with the media buying team to design conversion-focused ad creatives at speed for Meta and other platforms in large quantities.
  • Test & Optimize: Conduct research and work with the media buying team to create and iterate direct response designs that drive results.
  • Industry Awareness & Innovation: Stay on top of design platform updates, creative best practices, and work within compliance requirements.
  • Enhance Results: Stay on the look out for design tools (including AI) that can elevate design performance and/or increase design output.

Requirements For This Role

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to focus on conversions and relevance over brand or appearance
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A data driven approach to creative ad development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Express, Canva & Figma
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing trends and compliance is preferred
