Job Description
Attain Partners is searching for a remote Clinical Trials Consultant who can effectively lead and manage activities surrounding clinical trials including building calendars and financials in OnCore or other clinical trial management systems (CTMS), budget negotiation, departmental or central regulatory support, and clinical trial post award management.
We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in clinical trial billing and systems, CTMS builds, regulatory support, budget negotiations, and process improvement to work in a consulting environment serving research institutions. You do not need to possess all these skills to be a good fit.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in building calendars and financial consoles in their CTMS and helping them make strategic decisions related thereto
- Assist clients in negotiating clinical trial budgets and implementing strategies related thereto
- Post-award financial management for clinical trials
- Regulatory support including IRB submissions
- Develop relationships with client staff
- Building calendars and financials in OnCore or other clinical trial management systems CTMS
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to the operating environment of major business functions
- Provides leadership to both consulting and client personnel to identify, quantify, and implement strategic recommendations
- Lead the development and implementation of surveys, interview questionnaires and client presentation deliverables
- Lead team efforts in developing solutions to client challenges across major business functions
- Support new business development
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences, including C-suite client leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working with Research institutions within clinical trials
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
- Demonstrates ability to stay current in certifications, training and industry trends and practices
- Embraces entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to improve the organization
- Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations, and strengths, taking appropriate action to pursue developmental activities to strengthen skills and experience
- Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience
- Experience with managing and leading teams
- Experience working with Research institutions within clinical trials
- Building calendars and financials in OnCore or other clinical trial management systems (CTMS), budget negotiation, departmental or central regulatory support, and clinical trial post award management
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
