Position: Distinguished Medical Expert

Role Responsibilities
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model reasoning in your domain.
- Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor rubrics for clinical reasoning.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and write gold-standard solutions.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy.
- Collaborate with peers across disciplines to maintain consistency and depth in training data.
Must-Have
- Location: Based in the US
- Education: MD or DO from a reputable institution, or PhD in one of the domains actively pursuing research
- Experience: 10+ years of post-training clinical practice in one of the listed frontier specialties (top-tier institution preferred)
- Sub-speciality Research: Currently a leader in your sub-area, or actively furthering research in your domain
- W2 employment with flexible, remote work
