Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project-related activities, such as meetings, conference calls, and project reviews
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide regular reports on financial status
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as project charters, work plans, and status reports
  • Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues
  • Liaise with project team members and stakeholders to ensure that all project-related tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering
  • Some experience in project coordination or a related field, with a basic understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when required

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
