As a key member of the Consumer Service Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of daily service functions, performing essential tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support client services, claims processing, and customer interactions, ensuring that consumers receive the high-quality support they deserve. You’ll investigate and resolve issues, manage critical data, and contribute to the overall efficiency of service delivery, directly impacting consumer satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Your Impactful Contributions Will Include:**
  • Performing daily administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support tasks across various service functions.
  • Executing routine and patterned assignments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supporting installation, implementation, client services, and client administration processes.
  • Assisting with customer service, enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing operations.
  • Investigating and helping resolve claims and customer service issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Managing and inputting data accurately, maintaining organized records.
  • Must-Have Qualifications:**
  • 2+ years of administrative work experience, including strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple or competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
  • A genuine passion for contributing to an organization committed to continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or phone-based customer service environment.
  • Experience with medical patient scheduling.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 to $27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
