We’re looking for a Physician Scheduling Coordinator to take charge of managing physician schedules and patient assignments across multiple facilities. In this role, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will ensure our providers are in the right place at the right time — ultimately supporting exceptional patient care.
This is a remote position with a 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. schedule. Candidates must be based in Florida (Eastern Time Zone) and have reliable Wi-Fi and a private workspace.

What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly physician schedules.
- Coordinate physician coverage across multiple facilities to guarantee seamless operations.
- Manage ER call schedules and update as needed.
- Assign patients to providers in IMED each morning.
- Communicate schedule updates quickly and accurately to physicians and staff.
- Adjust schedules in response to changes, call-outs, or emergencies.
- Maintain up-to-date physician credentialing and licensure records.
- Support new hospital/insurance applications and recredentialing processes.
- Track CME hours for physicians and report status bi-annually.
- Jump in with other administrative and operational support as needed.
- High School Diploma (required).
- 1–3 years of administrative or secretarial experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills — you thrive on deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Pay & Perks
- Salary range: $37,000 – $50,000 (based on experience).
- Remote flexibility with a set early-day schedule.
