The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Pearl grows by bringing in the people who power our mission to transform healthcare. As our Staff Recruiter, you’ll own all business-side hiring—from customer success to analytics—ensuring we build a team as exceptional as the impact we aim to have on providers and patients. This is your chance to partner directly with leaders, design equitable processes, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the values we live every day.

Who We Are

Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.

What You'll Do

You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for our business functions, building the teams that enable Pearl’s mission to thrive. You’ll balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution to deliver a thoughtful and efficient hiring process.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles across the business
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and craft sourcing strategies that attract exceptional talent
  • Source, engage, and nurture diverse candidates through creative outreach and networking
  • Coordinate interviews and communication, ensuring a seamless candidate journey from application to offer
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, helping them make equitable and high-quality decisions
  • Track and share recruiting metrics that inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Continuously refine processes to scale with Pearl’s growth and deliver consistency across roles
  • Contribute to broader People initiatives, from employer branding to engagement projects, as opportunities arise

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring deep recruiting expertise, a collaborative approach, and the adaptability to thrive in a growing startup.

Must-haves

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on business-side roles
  • Proven success managing full-cycle searches, from sourcing to closing
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
  • Strong organizational skills with experience balancing strategy and hands-on coordination
  • Commitment to building inclusive, equitable hiring processes

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare or healthtech
  • Exposure to scaling recruiting processes in a growth-stage company
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms

This role might not be for you if

  • You prefer a highly structured, top-down corporate environment with established playbooks
  • You’re looking to specialize narrowly in sourcing or coordination, rather than owning the full recruiting cycle
  • You’re uncomfortable juggling both strategic partnership with hiring managers and hands-on process execution
