The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing new client implementations from initiation through successful delivery. This role owns the overall project scope, schedule, and stakeholder communications, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The Implementation Project Manager leverages strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive execution, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall scope, schedule, and execution of new implementations.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner with client stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to define deliverables and manage timelines.
  • Coordinate assets and product information from end users and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain process documentation for internal teams and end users.
  • Organize, facilitate, and document internal meetings and client conversations to set action items and track deliverables.
  • Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding project status, risks, and progress.
  • Develop solutions to moderate-scope project challenges, referencing policies and best practices for guidance.
  • Apply professional judgment and experience to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in client implementation or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Ability to travel 10% for internal and client meetings

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
