Your Mission

As Sr. Director, Business Operations (Supply), you'll be the operating force behind our EVP of Supply and Strategy providing executive leverage, building the systems that make Supply run, and ensuring the marketplace grows with discipline and scale.

You'll own business operations for Supply end-to-end: architecting the operating model, running the business rhythm, creating visibility through metrics, and driving cross-functional execution. You'll also lead foundational operational functions: supply systems, ARI (availability, rates, inventory), partner integrations, and production support while incubating new initiatives that expand our supply-side marketplace.

This is a role for a strategic operator: part chief of staff, part builder, part business architect — and part senior leader shaping the future of the Supply organization.

What You'll Do

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Serve as a senior operator within Supply, providing direct leverage for the EVP and representing Supply in cross-functional forums.
  • Define and run the Supply operating model + business rhythm (annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, QBRs, exec reviews).
  • Surface risks, opportunities, and performance insights to align strategy with execution.

Core Operations

  • Oversee and scale supply-side ops (systems, ARI, integrations, special projects).
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and measurable marketplace impact.
  • Lead high-stakes initiatives tied to partner models, integrations, and scaling challenges.

Business Operations Backbone

  • Build and own KPI frameworks that track marketplace health (GBV growth, content quality, ARI reliability, fulfillment, monetization).
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Revenue, Finance, Engineering, and external partners.
  • Translate strategy into execution that delivers results at scale.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and scale a small Operations team as volumes and complexity grow.
  • Instill a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Leadership – 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or complex operational leadership. Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth.
  • Operational Excellence – History of building scalable processes, systems, and teams that deliver measurable impact.
  • Analytical Rigor – Comfort diving into ambiguity, structuring problems, and solving with data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Influence – Trusted partner to executives across Product, Revenue, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Generalist Mindset – Fast learner, structured thinker, thrives in the intersection of strategy + execution.

Nice to Have: marketplace or SaaS background, MBA or equivalent, prior experience in travel (not required).

Compensation
