Role Summary


The Influencer Marketing Specialists supports the Influencer Campaign Manager by handling influencer discovery, outreach, pre-vetting, and database maintenance — specifically within the B2B space. This role is built for someone who understands how to source and engage B2B influencers (industry experts, creators on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, podcasts, etc.) and can help execute campaigns with precision, professionalism, and speed.


Key Responsibilities


  • B2B Influencer Outreach & Communication
  • Send initial outreach messages and follow-up emails to B2B influencers across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, newsletters, podcasts)
  • Track outreach status, responses, and negotiations in shared tools
  • Coordinate call scheduling or hand-off to senior team members for rate negotiation
  • Influencer Discovery & Vetting
  • Research and identify B2B influencers based on campaign briefs and target audience
  • Pre-screen profiles for relevance, engagement, thought leadership, and brand fit
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date influencer database or CRM
  • Documentation & Tracking
  • Input and update influencer data: email, platform links, niche, audience, rate cards, etc.
  • Ensure influencers are tagged, categorized, and searchable by key filters (industry, audience size, platform)
  • Keep campaign documents and trackers current in tools like Google Sheets and Favikon


Deliverables


  • Up-to-date outreach tracker with statuses, dates, and notes
  • Pre-vetted influencer lists tailored to campaign briefs
  • Maintained and searchable influencer database
  • Organized campaign tracking sheets with aligned outreach documentation

  • Efficient B2B Outreach – Influencers are sourced, messaged, and tracked consistently and professionally
