About the Role:

ReviveHealth is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Head of Sales to lead its growth strategy and accelerate market expansion. This executive will oversee the full sales distribution channel, manage a team of high-performing Sales Directors, and drive new business by contributing large individual sales. The VP. Head of Sales will serve as a key member of the leadership team, shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and ensuring sustainable revenue growth with employers, consultants, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Directors responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own the end-to-end sales distribution channel, including pipeline development, lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closure.
  • Personally manage a select portfolio of high-value partners and deliver individual sales results.
  • Set sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring accountability across all sales team members.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align sales strategies with company goals and market needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit consultants, channel partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Provide regular forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting to executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales process, tools, and methodologies to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Represent ReviveHealth at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand presence and expand the sales network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles within healthcare, benefits, digital health, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing both teams and personal quotas.
  • Deep expertise in employer health solutions, benefit consulting distribution channels, or similar consultative sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
