About the Role

We are seeking a professional and empathetic Call Center Representative to join our healthcare support team. As the first point of contact for patients and families, you will assist with appointments, billing, medical records, and insurance-related inquiries—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone seeking care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Provide guidance on insurance coverage and services included.
  • Support patients with billing inquiries and patient portal navigation.
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases when necessary.


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfort with handling insurance-related questions.
  • Experience in call centers, customer service, or healthcare support (preferred but not required).
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
