This position supports multiple companies within the TFS Group and will recruit for a wide range of positions; experience (either hands on or recruiting experience) with mechanically inclined positions will be extremely valuable.
This role is about more than filling roles, it’s about truly understanding people, recognizing potential, and thoughtfully aligning talent with opportunity. We are looking for someone who brings both heart and expertise to the hiring process, ensuring we place the right person in the right seat, every time. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and human resources, with a solid grasp of the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. This is an exempt position and will report to the VP of Human Resources.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of each role within the organization and the skillset of a successful candidate
- Build meaningful working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings, advertisements, candidate tracking, and workflows
- Use recruiting tools and technology to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
- Screen applicants and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate final candidate selection with hiring managers and extend job offers; communicate and track pre-hire tasks including offer document creation and execution and compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding efforts with members of the HR team
- Own and manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through various channels
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies

Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; experience in mechanical fields is a plus
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Human Resources preferred
- Familiarity with Paylocity is a plus
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
