Guidewire Cloud Policy Center Config (Primary)

Guidewire Cloud Policy Center (Secondary)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop API Configurations: Build and manage configurations to fetch, create, and update claims/ policy setup
  • Portal-Backend Communication: Enable real-time, secure communication between the JDP Portal and Guidewire applications.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Map and transform data between Digital Portal structures and Guidewire domain models (e.g., Claims, Policies, Contacts).
  • Error Handling and Resiliency: Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging for API transactions.
  • Performance and Scalability: Optimize API design and usage for high throughput and minimal latency.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure all API interactions are secure (e.g., OAuth2, JWT tokens, HTTPS encryption).
  • Testing and Validation: Develop unit, configuration, and end-to-end tests for all APIs and workflows.

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PC & CC configuration
  • Understanding of Guidewire data models (Claim Center and Policy Center)
  • Gosu scripting knowledge (for backend customization if needed)
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows (claims, policies, parties)
  • Familiarity with debugging and monitoring tools
  • (Optional) Cloud deployment knowledge
