Senior Events Manager - North America

Based in Chicago, Germany, Italy, and Sweden, MARKT-PILOT is a rapidly expanding, high-tech SaaS startup empowering top machine manufacturers to boost revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through cutting-edge market intelligence.

We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager NA to lead the strategy and execution of global events and executive engagements that elevate MARKT-PILOT’s presence, build trust, and drive growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape impactful experiences, manage end-to-end logistics, and ensure every event aligns with our brand and business goals.

You are a driven and organized professional with a proven track record of creating events that move the needle for high-growth B2B companies. What we expect you to own and run with:

• Plan and execute high-impact events and executive engagements that strengthen MARKT-PILOT’s brand and directly contribute to customer growth and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to set event strategy, themes, and content — ensuring alignment with company goals and integrated campaigns across digital, social, and PR channels.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics and vendor management, including venue selection, travel, contracts, and on-site support to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and maintain the global events calendar and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively managed and event quality consistently reflects MARKT-PILOT’s brand.
• Measure and optimize performance, using engagement metrics, ROI analysis, and attendee feedback to drive continuous improvement and scale best practices globally.

Which boxes you need to check:

• Strong expertise in event and meeting planning principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority event portfolios.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Leadership skills to manage staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience with event management software and modern MarTech tools (Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Typeform, Calendly).
• Comfortable traveling 25–50% across North America and Europe.

Base: $100K per year
