How you will help us get there: Our Sales team plays a critical role in growing our network of dental practices, and we’re looking for a GTM RevOps Specialist to help us scale efficiently and effectively.
This role will be the backbone of our sales processes, ensuring our team has the data, insights, and tools they need to hit their goals. You’ll partner closely with our Director, Sales and Senior Account Executives to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maximize performance across the sales funnel.

This role will be the backbone of our sales processes, ensuring our team has the data, insights, and tools they need to hit their goals. You’ll partner closely with our Director, Sales and Senior Account Executives to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maximize performance across the sales funnel.
Your primary role will be to:
- Build, maintain and optimize the day-to-day operations in Salesforce (Lightning) including data management, reporting, dashboards and insights that guide sales strategy, highlight pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and GTM performance
- Own lead scrubbing, list building, and updating processes using Clay and other prospecting tools to ensure that the Sales team has the right targets
- Partner with leaders to identify design and document scalable GTM processes that support efficiency across Sales and Marketing. Identify bottlenecks and recommend creative, data-driven solutions
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and integrated tools (e.g., Revenue.io lead generation platforms)
- Support pipeline management by building and maintaining lead lists, territory assignments, and account ownership
- Create and document scalable processes that help sales teams work more efficiently and consistently
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong Salesforce (Lightning) skills — able to manage data, build reports/dashboards, and make workflow adjustments
- Experience with lead management, territory/account assignments, and pipeline processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable GTM insights and recommendations for leadership
- Problem-solver who can quickly identify bottlenecks and propose creative solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while balancing broader business priorities
- Clear, collaborative communicator who can partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and C-suite leadership
- Experience with GTM tools like Clay, Revenue.io, and Looker
- Exposure to marketplace or multi-market business models, with an interest in driving regional performance
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where curiosity and adaptability are key
