The Role
Soundtrack is looking to establish a stronger local presence in the United States and this role is an important step in that journey. The person in this role will be working remotely, at least initially, and be part of Soundtrack’s Revenue team – a team with a wide range of experience within customer success, sales and partnerships. You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of US customers, making sure they are so happy with the product that they want to continue to grow and expand with us.

Compensation
Salary: $75,000-$100,000

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers and drive their retention and growth by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
- Build strong relationships and stay close to our customers. Interact mainly through video calls and email.
- Guide new customers and users through Soundtrack’s products, including training and inspiration, to ensure short time to value and a successful adoption
- Close collaboration with internal teams and align the right resources to achieve desired results
- Making sure your portfolio is continuously growing
- Be part of, and drive, internal projects that support customer experience and scalability, e.g. customer case-studies and process optimisation

You Would Describe Yourself As
- Passionate about guiding customers to success and helping them reach their goals
- Enjoy working with digital products and software
- Able to work independently, take initiatives and plan your own time while also wanting to succeed as a team
- Interested in how to drive scalability and customer experience using digital tools, automations and AI
- Confident in contract renewals and negotiations
- Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including both our users an C-level executives
- Comfortable with managing a large customer portfolio at scale
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience from working as a Customer Success Manager or Account Executive within a SaaS business (preferably B2B) towards the US market
- Worked with mid-size businesses and are used to a product-led approach where you’ve used customer usage data to drive customer success
- Based in New York, as we are planning to establish an office in Manhattan and to ensure smooth collaboration with Sweden’s time zone
- Understanding of the US business environment and culture
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a bonus.
- Solid experience of CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce
- Bachelors degree in economics, business administration or other relevant field
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Background from Pro-AV integrators, audio manufacturers, or similar industries where you’ve supported customers with technical audio solutions
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge with consultative sales skills, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues

- The salary range shown is shared in accordance with local requirements and reflects a possible salary for this position. Actual compensation may vary, either above or below the range, based on factors such as your experience, location, and background. We assess each candidate individually and tailor our offer based on your qualifications and the value we believe you’ll bring to the role.
