As VP, Revenue Operations, you will be a strategic and data-driven hands-on leader who is able to drive and scale our end-to-end revenue processes across sales and marketing while heavily partnering with onboarding, customer success, and finance.
You will be responsible for steering revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the company's revenue functions. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and operational efficiencies.
You will align our go-to-market teams, optimizing the revenue funnel, and driving operational excellence and predictable growth across the organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with 12+ years of progressive experience in true sales and revenue operations at mid-to-large B2B companies.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canadian based candidates for this position is $200,000-- $240,000 USD annually. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement revenue operations strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Define and lead the revenue operations strategy across all touchpoints of the customer lifecycle to support scalable growth.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to establish revenue targets and operational goals and to align business goals with your team’s initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt revenue strategies accordingly.
- Mentor and develop all revenue operations team members, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that they are equipped to meet and exceed targets.
- Recruit top talent to strengthen the capabilities of the revenue operations function.
- Architect and continuously refine sales processes, lead routing, and forecasting methodologies.
- Lead sales enablement programs including onboarding, training, playbooks, and performance analytics.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue generation.
- Build a center of excellence for revenue analytics, reporting, and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and business health metrics across the full revenue lifecycle.
- Drive annual and quarterly revenue planning, pipeline analysis, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate on budgeting and resource planning to support growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 18+ years of experience, with 12+ years being in revenue operations and/or revenue generation, sales management roles with a minimum of 8 years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record in mid to large-scale B2B companies (ideally high-growth SaaS environments) and proven ability of successfully leading revenue delivery in a similar industry would be advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience with CRM software and revenue management tools.
- Deep knowledge of GTM models including direct sales, channel sales, ABM, and PLG.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot, Clari).
