Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a mission-driven global nonprofit organization. This is a fully remote, 3-4 month contract opportunity!

This key administrative role provides high-level support to executive leadership, ensuring effective management of schedules, communications, and strategic priorities. - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working across time zones and with diverse global partners
